Congratulations! Making the decision to go on for more
education or training is an important first step. Helping
you make the transition from high school, the work force,
the military, or wherever you've been for the last few years
is what this web site is all about. We've tried to design
this for the community or junior college student
- no matter where you've been recently. Whether you'll be a full-time or
part-time student - a commuter student or attending night
classes, going on to school takes some preparation. These
pages don’t contain all the answers, but they'll get you
started in the right direction and help you understand that
you’re about to embark on an endeavor that is filled with
challenges and opportunities - probably the main reasons
you're going to school in the first place.
Transitions is a 16-page digest-size publication
available free at most community/junior college admissions
offices. Ask your admissions advisor/counselor for your free
copy. If you are a college admissions counselor and need
more booklets click here to order your free supply of
booklets. |
